WNDRR Gas Gas 250 Motorbike Giveaway Terms and Conditions 2025

1.Eligibility:
The WNDRR Gas Gas 250 Motorbike Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to customers who make a purchase on our online store between Monday, September 15th 2025, and Sunday, October 19th, 2025. Every order placed during this period will be an automatic entry into the Giveaway.

Entry to the Promotion is open to only Australian residents in all eligible states/territories who fulfil the method of entry requirements.

Persons under the age of 18 are eligible to enter the competition but must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. In the event a minor wins the competition, the prize will be awarded to their parent.

2. Entry Period:
The entry period for the Giveaway commences on Friday, September 15th, 2025, at 10:00am AM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), and ends on Sunday, October 19th, 2025, at 11:59 PM AEST.

3. Prizes:

4. Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries. The draw will ensure all entrants have an equal chance of winning. The winner will be drawn at the completion of the entry period; on Monday, October 20th, 2025, at 10:00 AM AEST at WNDRR HQ, Unit 5, 6 Builders Close Victoria 3355.

5. Entry Requirements:
To be eligible for the Giveaway, participants must make a purchase online during the entry period. Each order will automatically count as one (1) entry into the Giveaway. Multiple entries are allowed, and placing multiple orders increases your chances of winning. Fully refunded or cancelled orders will be disqualified.

6. Prize Distribution:
The winner will be contacted directly and arrangements for prize collection or delivery will be coordinated after the draw.

7. Notification of Winners:
The winner will be notified in writing within seven (7) days of the end of the Giveaway period. The method of contact will be via the email address and phone number provided by the entrant.

8. Publicity:
The winner’s details, including last name, first initial and postcode, will be published within 30 days of the drawing on the WNDRR Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/wndrr/.

9. Trader Company & Address:

10. Privacy:
Information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

11. Disqualification:
WNDRR reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions or is found to be fraudulent.

12. Unclaimed Prizes:
If a prize remains unclaimed for a specified period of 30 days, WNDRR will conduct a redraw. WNDRR shall not be held responsible for any lost or undeliverable prizes. Winners are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information for prize delivery. It is the responsibility of the prize recipient to claim the prize within the designated timeframe as specified in the Giveaway terms and conditions.

13. Redraw
In the event of an unclaimed prize, a redraw will be conducted 30 days after the original winner was drawn; on Wednesday, November 19th, 2025, at 10:00 AM AEST at WNDRR HQ, Unit 5, 6 Builders Close Victoria 3355.

The unclaimed prize redraw winner’s details, including last name, first initial and postcode, will be published within 30 days of the redrawing on the WNDRR website https://www.wndrr.com/pages/gas-gas-250-motorbike-giveaway and Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/wndrr/.

The redraw winner will be notified in writing within seven (7) days of the redraw. The method of contact will be via the email address and phone number provided by the entrant.

14. Amendment or Termination:
WNDRR reserves the right to amend or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice, subject to regulatory approval.

15. Liability:
WNDRR is not responsible for any technical difficulties, errors, or issues that may affect the Giveaway or the participation of entrants.

16. Final Agreement:
By entering the WNDRR Gas Gas 250 Motorbike Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. WNDRR reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters related to the Giveaway.
