The measurements shown above are taken with the garment laid flat on a level surface.

Waist Circ: Measure across the top of the waistband, then double the measurement to determine the full waist circumference.
Thigh Circ: Measure across the widest part of the thigh, then double the measurement to determine the full thigh circumference.
Leg Length: Measure from the top of the waistband down the outer side seam to the bottom hem.
